In 2001, the se2600 mailing list changed servers.  Though there is a new se2600 mailing list now, on a new server, running on a different app, all of the old archives, which were in QMail, were not converted and are still unavailable.  In other words, where the tutorial says to request archives of the mailing lists, those commands will not work.  Sorry.  Send complaints to the se2600 crew.

If I have time, I'll post various sections of the archives here later, for the sake of the tutorial.  For now though, here's a capture of at least one specific message that's referred to.  Maybe it's useful, and maybe it isn't, but here ya go!

PPS - The corruption dealing with the PhreakNIC v3.0 code was fixed
